Liz combines her experience as a drama teacher and her research into set design with her architectural skills to form workable and inspiring theatre spaces for the future. Having worked with Theatre Projects Consultants between 1996 and 1999, Liz joined AMPC in 2005. While contributing to the design of an outdoor theatre space in America and a school theatre within the found space in a church, Liz successfully project managed Hull Truck Theatre on site to completion where effective communication and a strong, continuing relationship with the client and other team members were essential.
She has been intrinsically involved with many consultation processes involving clients, users, end-users and publically interested bodies turning aspirations into practicable working briefs whether pedagogical, community or commercially led projects. Liz has project managed new build projects within a historical framework including the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the New Theatre Royal Portsmouth.
